When shopping with EKO SOLUTIONS online there are a few important details to note.
Order Verification: All orders are verified via a phone call before any payments are processed.
Shipping Costs: As our product range is so large and varies so much in size and weight, we do not add shipping costs to an order until after it is received. This is so we can ensure the best shipping rate can be obtained for your purchase. When you receive your call regarding your order, the shipping rate can be discussed.
GST: The prices displayed include GST.

Please Note: All items that are on special within this promotion are automatically updated within the shopping cart. This means if there is a 10% discount on a certain item, at the time of purchasing that item the discount will be applied as long as the special is still current.
The first thing you need to do is find the items you wish to purchase or request a quote for. You can do this in one of two ways.
>> Find the items through the Category Menu to the left.
>> Run a search for an item through the Quick Search Tool on the left.
Once you have found the item you wish to purchase or receive a quote on you will see a button called "Login for Pricing" or if you are already logged in "Buy Now"
If you are new to the site then you will need to press "Login for Pricing" and signup. Once you have signed up the "Buy Now" button will replace the "Login for Pricing" button.
To add the item to your order simply Select the Quantity of the item you wish to purchase and press Buy Now. If you only want one item you can just press Buy Now.
You will then be taken to My Order or Request a Quote page. Here you can view what you have added to your order as well as remove items and change the quantity. If you wish to add more items, press Continue Shopping. You can then return to this screen at anytime by pressing My Order / Quote
Request. If you wish to complete your purchase then press Checkout.
At this point we will finalise your Order or Quote Request through a 4 step process.
First of all we need to make sure your Shipping Address is correct.
If it is not correct press Change Address and update your details. If it is
correct press Continue.
At the Second Step we need to work out if you wish to pay for your
order via credit card or if you are only after a quote at this point. Select
the Payment Option you wish to use. Please Note: We do not process your
credit card details automatically online. We will call and confirm your
order before processing your payment.
Now we are nearly done. All you need to do is Verify Your
Order. If everything is correct and you have selected Credit Card, enter
your credit card details and press Confirm Order. If you selected
Request a Quote all you need to do is press Confirm Order. If there is an
error click Edit next to the section that needs updating and make the
required changes.
